Transform string date to date format in Tableau

1. Duplicate the date dimesion (string)
2. Right click and "Change date type">>>> Date & Time  >> Ok
3. Right click and "Default Properties">>>> Date Format  >>  Custom >>> add "hh:mm:ss.000"
